On September 15th, our CEO and co-founder Giorgi Shuradze was invited to participate in the startup pitch competition at the ESMT Demo Day in Berlin.
During the competition, CinSOIL shared the stage with nine talented and impactful startups, like: Brandenburg Labs GmbH, cleverlohn, Robotikos, hoopooh, nnamu, Flyla.com, Klar2O – Microplastic-free water, H.E.A.T., and SATORI.
All 10 tech startups pitched their ideas in front of a jury and pre-seed investors from ESMT Berlin, Robin Capital, EIT Digital, and Earlybird VC.
As a result of the startups’ performances and jury members’ decision, CinSOIL was selected as winner of the pitching competition and was awarded €5,000 prize money.
This recognition is a great validation and an extra dose of motivation for us to continue doing what we do with more commitment, and make sure we put more carbon where it belongs – #inSoil
Giorgi Shuradze. ESMT Demo Day
The ESMT Demo Day is a startup event organised by Vali Berlin, the entrepreneurship hub at ESMT Berlin (Germany’s #1 business school). At the event, early-stage technology startups, investors, corporates, and other stakeholders of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem meet and discuss new ideas. Besides startup pitches, the event hosts panel discussions and keynotes around the topic of entrepreneurship and innovation to enable connections, networking, and growth for its partners and the ecosystem, at large.
