CinSOIL is extremely proud to announce that they successfully graduated from the prestigious EIT Food Accelerator Network program, bringing home the Technology Validation Award worth 30.000€!
This is a great recognition of the work put forward by CinSOIL team, and of the relevance of the deeptech solution we are building to support the large scale adoption of regenerative agricultural practices for carbon farming. The Technology Validation Award will allow us to develop a Proof Of Concept together with excellent partners from the corporate and the research world. We are beyond excited to get to work with Lantmännen, the Austrian Institute of Technology, and the Bavarian State Research Center for Agriculture in the next months!
Receiving this award from the EIT Food Accelerator Network program marks an incredible milestone in our journey to regenerate soils, and is a vivid testament to the progress that we have made in advancing our technology for enabling soil carbon sequestration at scale.

The award winners were announced at the EIT Food Next Bite event held in Rome on October 15th and 16th. This is the largest event of EIT Food, built around the theme “Building the Future of Food Together”. A unifying thread throughout the event was the the need to increase the capacity for systemic transformation, which involved merging research initiatives with farming networks and establishing policy frameworks that encourage bold innovation.
Attending Next Bite was an exceptional opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions and exchange innovative ideas. Nearly 1,000 attendees gathered to focus on the future of sustainable AgriFood systems, with over 300 exhibitors, partners, and startups from the EIT Food ecosystem. The event provided not only a platform for knowledge-sharing but also the chance to build valuable connections with peers, partners, and experts across the sector. What stood out most was the conference’s emphasis on practical, scalable solutions to the current challenges in agriculture. The urgent need to improve soil health, restore ecosystems, and address the environmental impact of food production was clearly highlighted. These discussions reinforced our commitment to delivering technology that helps regenerate soils and supports more resilient food systems. We are deeply grateful to EIT Food and the EIT Food Accelerator Network program for supporting CinSOIL journey!
