Giorgi brings business expertise to the team with a PhD in Economics, specialising in Business Administration and Strategic Management. Before co-founding CinSOIL, Giorgi worked in digital business consulting, supporting startups and multinational companies in exploring AI-enabled opportunities. Prior to that, he worked in banking and finance industry, investing in SMEs and supporting their growth and development. Giorgi’s professional experience is rounded with his earlier entrepreneurial experience, in which he led the operational activities of a sustainable AgriFood digital venture.
Antonella has a PhD in particle physics. She leads the full-stack development of CinSOIL SaaS solution with the unique set of skills developed working for several years at the intersection between data science, biology and computational modeling. Her research was characterized by crunching “big data” and developing AI and mathematical models to understand complex systems. She is currently also adjunct professor for the course “Carbon sequestration and the contribution of the agrifood sector” at the University of Pavia, Italy, in the Master Program “AgriFood Sustainability”.
Tavseef is an environmental scientist with a PhD in agroecological farming systems. He oversees the agroecological strategization of the field operations and brings his experience from the AgriFood research and policy landscape to the team. Previously, Tavseef led research projects in the fields of diversified farming, AI-based solutions in agriculture, digital decision support systems, and soil health education at the Hamburg University of Technology. He was on the expert panel for the FAO’s State of the Food and Agriculture 2023 report focussed on the role of true cost accounting in the transformation of AgriFood systems.

Georgia is an MSc Student in Food Systems at the University of Hohenheim. She is passionate about regenerative agriculture and sustainable food systems, which she merges with her previous experience in marketing and communications in diverse sectors. Georgia is motivated to contribute to advancements in climate-smart agriculture, leveraging her passion for sustainability and regenerative practices to promote innovative solutions that enhance resilience and circular farming practices.
Nicolas Gholam is a sustainability strategist and rural development expert with over nine years of experience at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, inclusive innovation, and climate-smart food systems. A member of the FAO Young Scientists Group and an EIT Food Fellow, Nicolas has led over 20 rural development projects across the Mediterranean and West Africa, supporting smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and sustainable market access initiatives. His work bridges emerging technologies, including AI, with local food systems to ensure that innovation remains empowering and community-driven.
Aisya is passionate about regenerative systems, ethical branding, and strategic marketing. With a background in food technology, sensory and consumer science, and product development, she bridges innovation in agrifood-tech with practical experiences in marketing insights and go-to-market strategy. This combination allows her to bring a user-centered perspective to branding and communication within the agri-food space. Aisya helps mission-driven initiatives communicate with clarity, cultural sensitivity, and real-world impact, operating at the crossroads of agri-food tech, strategy, and ethical storytelling.
Edanur is an M.Sc. student in Management for Sustainable Firms at the University of Padova. She is passionate about sustainable economics and business models, which she combines with her experience in corporate sustainability strategy and marketing. Edanur is motivated to contribute to CinSOIL’s mission by applying her research skills to deepen the team’s understanding of market dynamics, identify key growth opportunities, and support the strategic positioning of its climate-smart solutions.
Veronika is a double-degree master’s student in Business Management and International Business, currently working on real-life consulting projects in strategic management. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact by developing business initiatives that simply “make sense” and create lasting change. At CinSOIL, Veronika is responsible for supporting customer engagement and the design and implementation of internal systems.
Vladimir is an MSc student of Computer Science at the University of Padua. He is always open to exploring new fields in which he can contribute with his knowledge. With a background in both mathematics and programming, he brings to the team a potent mix, perfect for computational modeling and data analysis. Motivated by the desire to explore, learn and adapt, Vladimir is ready to create an impact.
Chen-Yu is a MSc student of EIT InnoEnergy with two years of consulting experience and a background in environmental systems engineering. With experience in GIS, risk modeling, and machine learning for sustainability, she is driven to support soil monitoring and regenerative land use through scalable, data-driven geospatial solutions. She is particularly interested in how data can drive long-term, climate-positive land strategies.
Michał is a software developer and former IT consultant and a growing passion for sustainability and innovation. With a background in building digital tools across various sectors, he is now focused on solutions that make a real-world impact in the agriculture sector. He joined CinSOIL to learn and collaborate with people who share a vision for a more sustainable future.
Anna holds a PhD in agricultural economics and a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. With expertise in climate risk modeling, adaptation strategies, and quantitative data analysis, she has worked across academia, international organizations, and NGOs. Equally at home in a dataset or knee‑deep in a field, she is passionate about linking science, policy, and practice to build resilient, climate‑positive agricultural systems.
